Welcome to our Church
Prayer flags for Nepal outside the front of St Andrews - you may have wondered what the flags are for outside St Andrews on Steyne Avenue - these were made on Sunday morning and are filled with prayers and words of hope for the people of Nepal.
We have left a sign up inviting the community to add a prayer / word of support. Flags, pens and safety pins are in the church foyer and the church is open all day, every day. After 2 weeks these will then be taken down and posted to Nepal via the charity CWS (Christian world service) and give to a church / community group in Nepal.
Hope that explains the colorful high street! Please feel free to be part of this project...
We will remember them.
