Before You Leave

Altar in St Philip’s at Paremata "There is a little church in a valley at Paremata. It is just a little church - plain perhaps, outside, but strikingly beautiful within." And so St Philip's was described when it was dedicated in 1954.

Today there have been many changes in the surrounding community but Anglicans from throughout the Parish continue to meet once a month for All-age Worship. GUSTO (Grown-ups seeking time out) is a unique service which takes place at St Philip's - a time for quiet reflection and prayer in a warm and intimate atmosphere.
